We want you to love your BaubleBar pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, masks, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your jewelry in its original BaubleBar packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
